The position of the Kurdish organizations of Turkey about the “Circassian issue” (Based on the analysis of Kurdish-language mass media sources)

The paper considers position of the most influential in Turkey pro-Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party and other affiliated with the Kurdistan Workers’ Party organizations in relation to the Circassian issue reflected in Kurdish-language media. In the Kurdish social and political discourse "Circassian genocide" is presented as absolute fact and together with the various aspects of the Circassian problem considered by Kurds as an element in the current political activities, as well as a means of criticism of the Turkish authorities.
