The increasing population of the Earth and the ruin of nature make us look into the past, the precedents of which clearly testify to the fact that the uncontrolled demographic growth and the growing human pressure on nature inevitably bring to the extreme damage of nature and society, to a chaos, economic collapse and moral degradation. For example, the starting mechanism of many processes in medieval Eastern Europe had become a demographic growth, whose inertia had brought to an excessive demographic pressure on the produced natural resources, their temporary exhaustion, to the economic activities risks, to complex internal social and economic crises (to the simultaneous crises of nature and society) in nomadic Turkic and Slavic farmers and the aggravation on their relations.
