Аннотация
В данной статье предпринята попытка сопоставить основные параметры двух кризисных для Ближнего Востока в политическом отношении лет, между которыми пролегает дистанция в полстолетия, -1958 и 2008 гг. Собственно говоря, кризисных лет в истории Ближнего Востока всегда хватало, но эти два принадлежащих разным эпохам важных года обнажают при их сравнении как коренное отличие, так и удивительное сходство.
Abstract
An endeavour is made in this article to compare the main parameters of the two politically critical years for the Near East, between which there is an interval of half a century: 1958 and 2008. Strictly speaking there have always been enough of critical years in the history of the Near East, but these two important years, which belong to different epochs, when compared reveal both a fundamental difference and a surprising similarity.
