Аннотация
Для многих еврейских националистов в конце Х1Х в. сионизм стал самым действенным орудием еврейского национализма после разочарования в том, что европейское Просвещение покончит с антисемитизмом, и провала попыток на базе идей эмансипации решить проблему взаимоотношений евреев с современным миром. Т. Герцль и его сторонники пришли к выводу, что искать решения еврейской проблемы на пути просвещения и интеграции евреев в другие общества бесполезно и потому необходимо создать еврейское государство, которое поставило бы евреев в один ряд с другими нациями, "нормализовало" бы их положение.
Abstract
This article presents a research on history and modern development of Zionism as the ideological basis of the State of Israel. The birth and development of Zionist values, which are the "hybrid" of at least four different Zionist movements, strongly infl uenced the nature of Israeli statehood social structure and democracy. The dramatically changes in society's life and the unsettlement of the confl ict caused the open discussion in the intellectual strata in Israel on the methods of interpretation of the history and development Zionist's ideological basis of the state. The "post-zionist" ideas in Israel in the three decades since the 1973 war - climaxing in the 1990s with the demands to change some main aspects of Israeli public life that makes it a Jewish state - are mainly a desire to create a social-welfare system of equality for all citizens both Jews and Arabs.
