Аннотация
В череде юбилеев множества событий победного 1945 г., которые отмечались в течение всего 2005 г., 60-летие V Панафриканского конгресса - самой первой крупной встречи представителей колониальных и зависимых народов сразу же по окончании Второй мировой войны, не оказалось в центре внимания. V Панафриканский конгресс был проведен в переломный момент истории народов африканского происхождения. Военная пора породила новые ожидания у колониальных народов, большинство которых осознавало себя гражданами государств - участников антигитлеровской коалиции. Планы послевоенного переустройства мира, намеченные в Атлантической хартии (1941) и на основных международных конференциях в годы войны, создание ООН, обозначившиеся линии раздела между восточным и западным блоками - все это активизировало процесс развития самосознания и самоутверждения народов африканского происхождения.
Abstract
Among the jubilees of very many events of the victorious 1945, which were marked during the whole of the year 2005, the 60-s anniversary of the V Pan-African Congress, the first largest meeting of the representatives of colonial and depended peoples immediately after the end of the World War II, did not attract much attention. The Fifth Pan-African Congress was held at a turning point in the history of the peoples of African descent. The war time had given rise to new expectations in the colonial peoples, whose majority were aware of their belonging to the citizenship of the states participating in the antifascist coalition. The plans for the post-war reconstruction of the world outlined in the Atlantic Charter and at the main international conferences during the war years, the appearance of the United Nations, the appearing lines of division between the eastern and western blocs - all this has made active the process of development of the self-consciousness and self-afirmation of the peoples of African descent.
