<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Stratagem thinking and manipulative practices in the activities of the heads of Chinese organizations can be considered as a special social engineering, as “mind engineering” of employees of organizations, “brainwashing”, “mind control” – i.e., as a set of latent strategies, principles and methods of influence. Manipulative practices complement traditional Chinese manipulation technologies – stratagem thinking. The stratagems and tactics of manipulative practices of the heads of Chinese organizations add up to a set of manipulative practices of interaction with subordinates and can look like stable universal systems that make up a traditional set of manipulations, complemented by modern technologies for programming the behavior of subordinates. A historical and sociological review of manipulation as an element of control in the activities of Chinese leaders is carried out, and examples of manipulative techniques that develop stratagem ideas are also shown. It is noted that in non-standard situations, the head can develop and implement his internal manipulative attitudes and beliefs as new unique forms of manipulation - new standards of communication, behavior and decision-making that are most suitable for programming and controlling the behavior of subordinates in the current situation. It is concluded that the manipulative practices of Chinese executives should be analyzed as a special form of social interaction in combination with economic, psychological, technological and other means in the interests of promoting corporate culture, certain ideas, values, etc., sometimes in contrast to the interests, goals and values of employees.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Китай</kwd><kwd>стратагемы</kwd><kwd>практики манипулирования</kwd><kwd>руководители организаций</kwd><kwd>социология управления</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>China</kwd><kwd>stratagems</kwd><kwd>manipulation practices</kwd><kwd>heads of organizations</kwd><kwd>sociology of management</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front></article>
