The article discusses the issues of information security and cyber security in Asia. In digital age geopolitical space of Asia becomes the an area of large scale information wars and cyber wars between the USA and new Asian centers of global authority. The leading Asian powers are have actively incorporating incorporated in the creation of international legal regime of information immunity. The research methodology is based on interdisciplinary approach. The author compares the opinions of Russian and foreign expert communities in Oriental studies, information technologies, international relations and security.
