Power Vector of Industrialization of the People’s Republic of China – Strategy, Tactics, and Safety

The article analyses current conditions of power branch of China. The author makes the multilevel analysis of industrialization of the main economic regions, structures of an energy balance, and tendencies of import of energy resources, the main threats and risks of power safety of the People’s Republic of China. The paper investigates basic provisions of power strategy of the People's Republic of China and its realization of “a Central Asian vector”.
