Industry-Produced Accident in Bhopal and Risks of Globalization

The article deals with global risks related to transnational corporations’ activity. It depicts the consequences of enormous ecological disaster in Bhopal (India) in 1984 and problems of liquidation of toxic wastes at the former factory site thirty years after the accident. Actions for remediation of the industry-produced disaster consequences by the transnational corporation to which the factory belonged are subject to critics.
