Results of the I Syrian war for the Empire of Ptolemies

In the modern historiography there is an opinion, that the Ptolemaic Empire was victorious in the I Syrian war. However, researchers do not consider the fact that during this conflict Ptolemies did lose the control over Cyrenaica. So I believe that the I Syrian war had ended with the serious defeat for Alexandria.
