Political elite of the Crimean Khanate in 1560–1590s

The article investigates the alignment of forces in political elite of the Crimean Khanate per 1560–1590. The author analyzes the struggle of clans of the Crimean Khanate with the Russian State and the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, and also the participation of the main families of the Crimean nobility in the struggle for the throne of khans during Giray’s dynastic crisis of 1577–1588.
