Asian and African countries: globalization and new types of capital

Contradictions of the modern world caused by aggravation of problems of stabilization of political regimes, struggle against poverty and the necessity of accelerating economic growth, have given an impulse to a discussion between different schools of economic and political science on the involvement in globalization of peoples with different values and motivations. New types of the notion of capital, economic and non-economic, are shown in the article.
