The East in the Early Twenty First Century: from Overtaking Modernization to Harmonious Modernization

The beginning of the twenty first century is marked by considerable changes of the modern East. After process of the modernization the system has split into two zones owing to wide range of variables – demographic, economic, political and social-cultural. This article provides a theoretical explanation of the different factors that promote the strategy of the new modernization.
