In the aftermath of 2008–2009 recession markets, capital and ways of developed countries have lost much of their role in the global economy. China’s reform experience looks more attractive and systemic. The country has practically converged socialism with capitalism, liberalization of economy with concentration of resources on the R&D frontline, global expansion with development of domestic market and preserving fruitful relations with neighbors.
