Chinese Reconnoitering in Tomsk Guberniya

The article deals with some issues of Chinese reconnoitering in Tomsk guberniya from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century, especially during 1914–1917. Chinese spies are examined in the context of participation in reconnoitering to Japanese, Chinese and German intelligence services.
